Actually, rather than speculate, why not read the transcript of the May 9th Conference Call, in which the CEO stated that PLUG is currently finalizing the details of the update to the Walmart PPA agreements going forward, to provide for more upfront cash for PLUG?

And also that the installation schedule for Walmart is on record & on track for 2017.

These are facts, and far better & more useful than what you think the Street thinks about PLUG.
