The 4B AS has been there for about 5 years since the R/M that turned the oil gas exploration firm into a biotech. I have been invested in both since 2009.

The dilution so far and the IP patents, and biotech products they have bought up far outway the small amount of dilution since the R/M about 5 years ago. In fact the OS has only increased 100% since the R/M, from about 15 Mil shares to about 29 Mil shares.

The problem so far has been zero share volume, no liquidity till the last 6-12 months and this right now looks to me like no news, retail, low volume capitulation selling.

I watching for a bottom to average down.
