Can't happen. Price has already dropped in half since last R/S with 2.5 million in dilution. Market Cap is around 42 million, if it goes to $3 pps, with about same share count, market cap is 36 million. Getting close to the NASDAQ threshhold of 35 million. He needs a big pr to drum up the volume again to unload.
