Does he get paid for what is doing?

From Dec 13, 2016...

Compensation

Up until now I have been a volunteer, both as Communications Director and President & CEO. Due to the time commitment involved, I recently asked the board of directors for compensation for my work going forward as I serve the board of directors and you, the shareholders. They met apart from me and last week agreed to compensate me on a part-time basis.

Beginning 2017 I will be paid at a rate of $100 per hour with a cap of 30 hours per month billable, regardless of how much time I commit. If there is any change in this, you will be notified.

if yes who is paying for it?

Medinah, though he agreed to defer payment for his services, mind you with no guarantee that he'll ever get paid. I challenge anyone to find another CEO willing to step in under those terms.

MDMN does not have any money so the baboon could be right somewhat.

Baboon said, "to overcome all the debt Kevin is putting MDMN". The way that statement was worded, it connoted that Kevin was somehow being irresponsible in how he is handling the bills that MDMN incurs as a course of doing business.

The company has bills to pay in order to continue as a going concern. These bills don't magically go away just because there is no cash in the coffers. Whether Kevin was the CEO or someone else was, that person is entitled to compensation, unless someone in the MDMN shareholder community can find someone willing to work on the company's behalf for free. Up until 2017, that's exactly what Kevin was doing. And as he has described, cleaning up the mess from Les Price and past BODs, was essentially a full-time job.
