Yep, a typical Kristul paper printing scam, proven since day one. The Q may post after hours or tomorrow, he generally took more than 5 days anyway. The 10K will likely not file, looks like dark is the wise choice until he's ready to RS again, if ever, may make more sense to stay dark, NTI owns 70%+ of all revenue as it stands, no real benefit for the company to exist...plus, Kristul, his wife, and all insiders own less than $14 worth of shares combined....
