IMO, Scum bum berg's strategy is simply to keep the company a viable vehicle to dump more shares on the market as a means of making himself money at the expense of shareholder equity.

The higher the price, the lower the audience for anything, regardless of quality and craftsmanship.

Steve Wynn would disagree. Give people high value and they will happily pay a higher price. But scum bum berge ain't Steve Wynn.
