Only problem w/your Buy-out theory is the simple fact that there hasn't been any "stock appreciation" for weeks. If there was any truly legit offers, even rumblings of 1 offer, then PPS would not be vacillating like it is, stuck in .001s & trips. Of course this could change if a deal begins to take hold and it'd be a sight to behold L2 before official news hits. Meantime nothing...
