AKsquared, I both totally agree and disagree at the same time. I do agree they have a legit system that saves lives. What I disagree with you is your rose colored glasses feeling that this company is run by legit ethical people. What they do should be illegal as it is preventing a legit life saver from reaching more people.

Let's look at business terms, the recent dilution basically wiped out 97.5%ish of all stockholders from 1 year ago. So if 97.5% of the stockholders are new, and are in pretty low, then why not sell the company and see a nice gain for the 97.5%.

Selling does 2 things... 1. It provides a very nice return for a good portion of the 97.5%. And 2. It puts the technology into the hands of a company that has proper funding to move it along faster and have the channels to actually get something going.
