Honestly, I don't think it means anything as there was always a disconnect between Rafarma (Russia) and Rafarma(WY), no one really ever fully understood the connection exactly.

Someone would have to contact the PROTEK Group to know for sure if US investors are getting anything. I have no shares left, wrote them off as 'worthless securities' ages ago, so I won't be doing it.
