I doubt they will be able to get out of another 5B shares while there's still a bid. They've got enough cushion now to sell as many as possible at .0002 and .0001 and then can R/S once retail is finally exhausted. All it takes is some creative tweets and big things coming "next week" to keep the bids coming in...

IMO some people who bought .0002s might be able to flip out at .0003 if they're already on the ask, but I doubt VFIN and VNDM will hold off long once Q1 is filed and the yield sign comes off.
