Dumping at .0002 is not foolish when you are getting your shares at a price of .00005 or lower -- it's a 300% profit that's more or less guaranteed, as compared to waiting and potentially having other noteholders or retail dump into the bid, leaving you only able to sell at .0001 (still a 100% profit though), or hoping that 150MM 3's get bought and you can sell up a few ticks. Especially when you know the company just raised its A/S (doubled it, actually), to 10 billion shares.
