That means that the domain is purchased....they can't log into and park their account unless they own it.
Parking it for free just means GD is not charging for the landing page that comes up.
The domain is paid for.

They are very inexpensive, I have at least three from GD, you are misunderstanding how GD works.

Whether or not this means anything for investors remains to be seen....
