The reverse will take place a few days after the annual meeting. From their previous two reverses in the last 5 years, you'll find they don't announce date of reverse your account will just show less shares. Looks like 1 for 300 to 500 as note holders will try to get it to .02 by that date. If u own shares you'll be down another 40-60% in the next 30 days from todays prices.
