You say they will use this ATM at any time but right now this ATM is about as useful as toilet paper without the proper share authorization from shareholders. You know full well what their share count is. Add it up if you did you might stop complaining here and take the issue up with management.

My point is if you are going to whine about something - legitimately complain about their authorizations. If you want to whine about Traber suggest a replacement.
