PR about UNGS shares buy back may have never been a factor in pps movement this or any other year. However, Wayne would miss an opportunity to not highlight some (read: any) UNGS shares being retired over the buy back period. Even with an increase in A/S, Wayne could still spin a stock buy back as progress. This begs the question: If UNGS shares were retired during the buy back period, does it matter in the grand scheme of all things UNGS/ GRCC???
