To reach the 10 - 20 MW of Thethi etc., one needs only a small turbine. In Switzerland and Germany, there are plenty of examples of electricity generation in rivers without interfering in nature, without dams.
Only VAJVISHTI with a capacity: 60.0 MW will be a little bigger.
