A fact not commonly understood.
Nearly all the US refining is designed for heavy crude feed. The heavier crudes produce more product, but require capital intensive units to crack. Like De-Coker and catalytic conversion units. Problem is, a refinery designed for heavy crude cannot efficiently handle this light crude. They actually buy it at a discount and then blend it with the heavy stuff to use it.
This very light crude only needs distillation at the minimum. Heck, you could refine this in your backyard with a homemade still like they do in the Indonesian jungles. (Lots of booms in those jungles)

Purpose built refineries can maximize the efficiencies and margin, as long as the wells hold out.
