The fact that Brilacidin is safe and seemingly quite effective over a broad range of applications appears to be a given at this point in time. I guess some could take issue with how effective, though I personally believe it will be shown to be best in class for many, many applications (though not necessarily all), but that is not the only exciting part of the whole story to me.

The fact that it is a whole new class of drug, working in different ways, leads to the expectation that other applications not even considered today could become major uses of B down the road.

I don't know if the poster who recently opined that B could be used as a gum that people chew to prevent dental/periodontal decay/disease (since it is killing bacteria in the mouth) was kidding or not but it is one of the greatest thinking outside-the-box ideas I have heard. Expect there are others that will come to mind as people get to see and study it.

Just throwing out ideas, why then not a body soap (acne comes to mind)? Why not a drink to clean out the intestinal track? Ideas such as these may be ludicrous or maybe, just maybe, one of them may lead to a whole new large revenue use of the drug. That is what I find so intriguing with both Kevetrin and Brilacidin, they both have known large application uses but I suspect many, many more still lay hidden from sight at this time. One can dream, both for us as investors and for patients needing solutions to major health problems.
