At least you are discussing AMD, a little. Yeah, the interposer connections at this level of complexity could be tricky.

One thing that gets me is how you fellers rip on BK but won't even consider what AMD is doing. Kudo's for stepping up.

If anyone who is more familiar with all this wants to weigh in I think it could actually be an intelligent useful thread instead of the pie in the sky: OMG AMD GOT ONE LAPTOP WIN. TO THE MOON!!!!!!! Certainly AG and Boring will offer nothing useful.
