What a Dutch Sandwich is a way for corporation to avoid paying taxes; but in our case it's a way to hide the licensing revenue from ever being reported.
I remember a long time ago the German Government sued LTC and Arch Hill for avoiding paying Germany taxes on their profits.
I hope this never ending saga ends soon I'm too old to keep up with this crime.
When I was a nypd narcotic detective in the 1970's I broke up the largest prescription pill distribution ring in NYC history with the arrest of a pharmacist in NYC. The sad part of it is he had the best judge money could buy and never went to jail.
The system hasn't changed just the players, I don't believe the judicial system that is investigating LTC money laundering is corrupt and I have full faith in it, but I have seen and experienced in my own life a lot of corruption, and let me tell you fighting the system is not easy.
