Yes. Investors were warned. Some promoters declared that Nathan was different; he was a "Navy Seal[sic]"; he was going to build a world-wide oil empire, etc., etc.!

Nothing changed except the name of the CEO. He pumped out a lot of PRs about all the deals WOGI had going, and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has come of any of them.

This is a game that doesn't get old apparently.
