Sure no problem quote away.

Csoc has many working partners and just a few customers.

AEXE is self sustaining and will use csoc for their harsh IT needs when the time comes for lighting up their operation.

ICNM was not an active partner for us. They are undergoing a Form 10 and have other priorities.

Csoc is open and willing to discuss partners for business merger.

Back on November 2016 we had bid on a project for such a merger with another pubco. Their deadline was January 4th to consummate this deal which had not happened.

Since January we had reset all of our merger activities and decided to buy up debt notes. Buying them reduces and eliminates the risk of stock blow out.

We have done so now and are now able to focus on new business opportunities or opportunities that blend with our IT knowledge.

Anna and I have incubated some private business which are small/medium size which might be useful for a merger.

Additionally I have been talking with two private capital firms that have given us decks on potential businesses to merger into csoc.

The biggest thing is to preserve the value of the shares. We do not want new management or the merged in business to reverse split and kill all of our shareholders.

We understand money and shares are precious to everyone. We don't want a bad merger. We are slow but we will get there.

Hope this helps with your questions

Richard
