I could care less about someone's background. You could take the most successful human alive, and once they get that taste of dilution in their mouth, it's more addictive that cocaine. They just can't keep from continually selling their soul to the devil (aka toxic financiers).

Once a scam stock OTC CEO, always a scam stock OTC CEO.

Holding an OTC stock causes people to lose LOADS of money. OTC stocks are meant to be held for short periods of time and flipped. The only people making good money in the dark depths of the OTC are the toxic financiers. Oh yeah, and the CEO's who use the cash from this toxic financing to pay themselves fat salaries.
