Hello All,

Well....I have had better days....

Seems there are some issues regarding delivery. Some of you have received the wrong packages and have seen broken sticks. I assure you that broken sticks work just as well as whole sticks, but I understand there is still an issue.

Frankly, we are not sure what has happened. We have invented something really innovative and we of course want everyone to have a great experience. We also invented new packaging to protect the product and our live postal testing showed the design was up to the task. We mailed completed product back and forth and had no issues. I just don't know how so many sticks are arriving broken - trying to find out.

From my discussions with other creators I know for sure this is a rare Kickstarter in that it so very underwater with my spending at least four times the amount of money I have taken in - but that's okay and I will continue on. My intention is to make sure everyone get the rewards they were promised.
