I had a legal mind once say the OSC was like a bunch of 'little old ladies'. However, when I visited with a couple of em they were more like grumpy old men.

When I asked if they were familiar with Mr Bryan Finlay they both sobered up a lil'.

It was enlightening to get a flavor of that place. Pretty sterile. Pretty difficult to get to.
