Lying Giorgio is hurting for cash, he became interim CEO of SPRV and then went on and put out a FAKE PR stating that he and the company were going to start a marijuana dispensary business in Canada but that the transaction would cost 200K. He diluted the company by 2 BILLION shares to raise that money and the deal never went thru and the money still remains "at large", nowhere to be found. Then he left the company with NO news, no PR of his departure, nothing. SPRV board members have had to hunt him down to get answers on what happened, and all he says is that he is no longer with SPRV and neither is his investment arm. I suspect the money went into his pockets to keep NYXO alive for a little bit longer. Just wait, he will start to sell shares of NYXO soon because he needs a paycheck.

THIS GUY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. NYXO is going downhill fast, just look at the stock price, pretty soon triple ZERO'S and dilution will begin..
