Until we know if we even had a marketable product, we shouldn't talk lawsuits.

Why was it we offered test batteries all of the time but never received a major contract.
We say a video of BASF crancking out batteries but never developed a factory.

Not to say anything about our MSDS on our home site that listed numerous hazardous materials that most manufactures would run from.
