A R/S along with good news which they have been carroting (new word .. trademark *...).. and a change of control of the BOD or at least a new COB would could do the trick. I want a big move in market cap. And that will require institutional support or a BP wanting control or safeguards. And that won't happen until the coast is clear signal comes. And that IMO is a change of control of the BOD. Would you plop down $10 mil as institutional investor or much more for BP with the current stewardship? Hell no. Just the very make-up of overpaid insiders with no biotech experience and no real oversight is a major red flag.

The penny stock boys need to do what's best for shareholders.
