Marks Beware. This is a notorious scam perpetrated thru the internet. DISASTROUS FINANCIALS. This scam had a reduction in cash from the beginning of the period by around 75%--This fraud now has $265!!!! Not broke? Who can operate a public company with $265?? This band of fraudsters led by Mike Irving is late by 8 months on filing this wreck of a filing?? MARKS RUN from this. BTW-without advanced from shareholders they wouldn't even have $265!! What a fraudulent scheme. As shown in the accompanying financial statements, the Company has minimal sales and has incurred a net loss of $2,845,254 since inception.
