If they consolidate our shares by a factor of 30 then a $30-$150 buyout would be the same as a $1-$5 buyout at our current number of shares.
I will be voting yes on the RS. I don't think this is a matter of choice for the company. They have hit the end of the road on the Bloom Burton North American tour. The failure to sell any of the over allotment tells the story. So it's onward and upward. Hopefully McNally has investors or partners lined up. Always a lot of hope and enthusiasm about the future of the company here. That's good. It's past time things started going our way....
