I'm thinking that he is likely referring that all the county commissioners that have given the green light to use the ROW for the water pipeline to the Missouri River, all land acquisition agreements have been signed, Bold Nebraska has advised they have no opposition to the project, numerous local and state politicians are investors as well. I have not run into a single individual in Nebraska that has voiced oppposition to the project, but I'm sure there's some uneducated dirty hippie in a woodpile somewhere. I can say with a great deal of confidence that once the financing is in place, the State of Nebraska will do everything in its power to move this project along. Niocorp will not have bureaucratic red tape holding them up.
