I thought a stock had to drastically rise and fall to be PnD. This has shown slow and gradual accumulation + decrease on the ask. This is the antithesis of PnD. Look at NWTR. Now that was a PnD. People buy pennies on potential assuming risk. There's possible catalysts here and honestly at these prices not a lot of risk.
