No sir, just very busy. Quick opinion, AS will be amended when time is right. CEO saving on fees by incorporating with low AS. SS will obviously change. Therefore .0001's are a safe bet as pps is rock bottom. That's why the smart money accumulation of .0001's. Marani3 is setting up in my opinion. Existing SH's, like myself, would take a hit and end up with smaller peice of the pie unless Margrit has a heart bigger then her creditors. Averaging down would help if one has risk capital available. It sucks but all part of the game of gambling on penny stocks. Just my humble opinion.
