James you are right, when Adage first bought in during 2014 that was the real first catalyst that started to push the stock up thereafter. My point is that ADXS first capital raises under DO was Octorber 2013 and Adage did not participate in it so their cost basis is higher than the $12 price paid by investors that participate in all the offerings.
