Why is TMUS controlling the auction process of this BK??

Because they are the secured debtor. That is how bankruptcy works.

It has nothing to do with TALK, and TALK will no longer have any ownership interest in UMS post-bankruptcy.

This is not a difficult concept to understand, since (again) that is how bankruptcy works, and is detailed with absolutely no other legitimate interpretation possible in the Plan.

For TALK, it is over. TALK, and TALK shareholders, have lost everything they put in UMS.
