He owned them ALL.... Could have cut ASUV shareholders back to zero zip zilch nada.... BUT, ASUV shareholders still retained their shares, I WAS a former ASUV stockholder, facts are facts, I am UP... You can say what you like, spin it however you want but here are the facts as me a former ASUV shareholders and current shareholder see it:

ASUV was DEAD
Shares were bought by Mr. Romanek
I retained my shares when ASUV became THCT
I sold some to break even, I retained the rest and am making profit... I am already even, so if THCT tanks (Highly doubful, anything possible) I am still even...
I believe Mr Romanek will continue with his plan to make his company profitable...
Now that leaves me with an option; raise, call, or fold....

I choose to raise when I can... Everyone does their own DD... I did mine and am happy with what I see and where this is going, irregardless of what anyone saus, I have seen no proof proving otherwise....
