You are making assumptions based on partial information and are ignoring the bk documents which tell a very different story.
No sense arguing the UMS LLC issue. It has been a question all along. How does iTALK and even UMS Inc fit back into this equation. Only the company knows the answer to this and those of us reading the bk documents see that iTALK is very much connected to UMS LLC.
Your comment about iTALK being insolvent is incorrect as proven by the bank statements. UMS is sending them thousands of dollars a month and they have set up bank accounts under the name iTALK. If they are abandoned or insolvent it is not being supported by the legal docs we can see in black and white. I mean..what bank would allow a company to set up a bank account using a non-existent company?
I also don't agree that TALK shares are worthless or that LG is the nail in anyone's coffin. iTALK settled a similar debt just prior to LG's for shares...wait for it...of TALK. Why would they do that if the shares were worthless or the company was basically a tumbleweed blowing in the wind.
In terms of how UMS will fit into iTALK, IMO it will happen as I suggested in my prior post so I don't need to repeat that again.
Your speculation doesn't make any sense based on what we are seeing in the court docs. Unfortunately we won't be able to prove our point until it happens so yaaaaaaa...two more months of this. lol
Please answer these questions for me...
1. Why would iTALK still be involved in this bk if they know they will not be the parent of the emerging debtor. Time on their hands...bored...Levy likes a challenge or like an ex-boyfriend he just can't let go of the past???
2. Why wouldn't Lee who will own the debtor bring that company back under his other company UMS Inc when the bk is over. He likes to multi-task...he's actually two different people and his other self will be running the reorganized debtor???
3. Why would UMS LLC, the debtor, have a subsidiary called iTALK Leasing. Seems like they are taking some liberties there with the name iTALK.
4. Why is UMS LLC sending money to TALK monthly? iTALK is blackmailing them because they are secretly working with the Russians or they have a video of an unfortunate incident in a Russian hotel room???
5. Why is iTALK paying the executive payroll for UMS LLC. UMS doesn't know how the write checks???
6. Why is UMS LLC still referring to iTALK as their parent company in the bk doc bank statements. They are just stringing them along until the bk confirmation and then Lee will go back to Korea and take the company with him???
7. Why is UMS LLC setting up bank accounts under the name iTALK. I am not sure on this one. Seems illegal to me.
The information we know from bk docs paints a different picture that what you have said is happening.
If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
