Manufacturing Consent...

this is the documentary I'm currently watching... this miniseries by ABC seems to fall right into the pattern of white washing our governments culpability.

here's some key ideas from the movie about our media

"emotionally potent oversimplification"

"marginalizing the public... promoting apathy"

"irrational attitudes of submission to authorithy"
