EPGL says they'll sell at 9.8 pennies minimum buyout price, InWith and investors say they'll pay up to 25 pennies. This buyout is supposed to happen at a premium. So 9.8-25 pennies, but at a premium, could this see 25 pennies over the next few weeks?
