I received correspondence from Jay Powers this morning after sending him and email and following up with a phone message yesterday. He emailed me back this morning. Here is what he said:

Steven,

I received the message that you called inquiring about the 211 Filing. We have been informed by a market maker that the filing was made earlier this week and is now in the hands of FINRA for review. We have been told that this process can take one week or more depending on various factors at FINRA and potential follow up questions. In this situation the Company has no role in the process and cannot influence the timing.
