It tells me that Mr. Sulja understands that in order to bring the company to the next level he needs to bring someone else in. Too many times business owners are arrogant enough to believe they are the best person for the job and end up destroying a company. This looks like it was a planned event and certainly makes sense. VERY POSITIVE in my opinion.
