Yang's actions are the key here.

Good point, allenc.

I think the late filings are due to getting "whatever" in order and allowing all insiders a chance to buy before the run up.

And the run-up will be aided by what Yang knows, and that is something that is pretty big and important.

What? we don't know yet.

But by Yang's purchase action, it has to be something and something big.
