Going through the last financial report it states that the latest quarter of Big Spring refinery average throughput was 77,754 bpd, highest ever. Besides operational efficiencies, what if anything drove this great production?
What makes us believe it will continue? What is their total capacity? Will ALDW be able to leverage more capacity/throughput due to new ownership with Delek?
The financial reports state that ALDW does not have any employees. Serves are performed by the parent company and charged back to ALDW. Does the Delek ownership change this? In a general sense, I have seen this kind of relationship provides the parent company with ways to screw over the child (owned) company.
