The MM play games with the penny stocks. I have put millions of shares on the ask and the ask doesn't show my shares. I have cancelled millions of shares on the ask and the ask doesn't drop by the amount of shares I took off. So what you see on level 2 down here is not always what you get. I still like level 2, but the MM can definitely make it look the way they want it to look.
