Exactly! 35plus Mil in previous losses. Key word-Losses! True, they may be used as a helpful write off to a future purchaser,
but someone, some group, ect. had to put that money up!! That/s why it is called " losses". Now had you been the one to have funded that earlier, when the company starts making money do you not want payed back?! Or should some future buyer just write you off?!

Point being, losses to be dealt with=NOT just a write off!
