Curious to learn more about this merger...looking forward to this contract manufacturing agreement Morf has.

Sigma Labs entered into a non-binding LOI with Morf3D to commence negotiations on a mutually acceptable M&A Agreement with respect to a proposed merger with Morf3D.

The company has received development contracts from major aerospace, defense, and industrial customers, and expects to commence serial production in 2017.
