Yeah I don't think it was in the Constitution but more along the lines of subsidies and also individual provinces requiring more or exclusively electric batteries to prevent air pollution. Regardless, the trend has started. Take a look at Volvo. They are getting rid of Diesel engines to move to EV world. That should be this week's and today's news.
