'Closing Q1" - Missed.
April Corporate Update - "Closing within 30 days" - Missed.
Twitter - Closing 5/15 - Missed.

Latest tweet "Closing later in May - can't disclose much yet"

That last tweet irks the hell out of me. We, the shareholders, deserve to know after the lies we've been fed. I understand, things happen, delays are the part of the process. But you need to show you care about your shareholders a little bit - and not the measly 100 followers on twitter - who dont get anything else besides false starts and cryptic updates.
