IMO I am gonna call on this manipulation and scare tactics to get everyone and anyone to start selling. Expecially throwing up that ask of over 300 thousand shares at .20 hmmmm IMO that ask is someone trying to get more shares in his bank cheaper. Got a bidder for 50 thousand at .19 why not just sell them if they know something. Again all IMO.
