I hope he's short because he will only make this go higher in the long run. This happens quite often in the OTC that when somebody clears a hefty cert, the broker that clears it will short against it knowing that selling is coming. If and WHEN volume hits FAGI and the ask gets clobbered he will be chasing this higher and higher. Waiting for that juicy PR to catch everyone's attention.
